It's part of the GNU coreutils package, so it should be standard
in most Linux distributions.  BSDs and Macs will need to install
it specifically.  (There's a Windows binary available too, but
sdelete from sysinternals.com is probably a better choice there
as it has more knowledge of the Windows filesystem internals.)
