Memory. You haven't mixed ecc and non ecc have you. Are you certain your bios supports the ram and that the memory controller does to? Have you called the manufacturer. Also this isn't an 32 bit pae system is it. Have you a bad slot on the mother board? Have you checked the manufacturers supported memory, density, speeds and types to be sure what you have can be mapped? Have you taken it back yet? You may have bad parts.
