I'm pretty sure there are packages for proxies like TinyProxy in the repository for either of those two firmwares. The problem is the wrt-54g doesn't have much horsepower or memory for any sort of local content filtering. At one time I had some special firewalling rules that would redirect web traffic back through on of my desktop computers that was running a content filter. I've been running DansGuardian for years on my router computer, but it's not seen any development in a long time, and with SSL being widespread now, it's of less utility. I am open to suggestions for open source family content filtering solutions. /* PLUG: http://plug.org, #utah on irc.freenode.net Unsubscribe: http://plug.org/mailman/options/plug Don't fear the penguin. */
