Looks like the effort to move the website to Gitlab has broken the URL for managing the mailing list. My guess someone with access to the Bluehost account can maybe manually change your email, but probably should change the URL to manage the mailing list to a subdomain so the site can point to Gitlab and the mailing list back to Bluehost.
