"-nowaveheader is deprecated. Use -ao pcm:nowaveheader instead" This means you are using mplayer pre7 or later, but have not adjusted the comments on the slimserver-convert.conf file. Please edit that to use the alternative convert commands (use a text editor such as notepad to remove the '#' signs on the pre7 lines and put # signs at the start of the pre6 lines.
