I had this problem (same rtsp error). I copied the mplayer.exe file up a dir level and now works fine. There may be a mismatch between the mplayer zip file and the instructions as far as dir creation goes. The zip file is structure so everything goes to a subdir, maybe alienbbc is not expecting this ?
