I can't explain the difference in size. I've rebuilt everything and cut & pasted neil's options but I still get the same size. All I can assume I have either some option enabling a function, additional library linked or additional debug info somewhere. It's also possible latest CVS includes some new functionality.
I set up the build environment about a month and it took a weekend and there were a number of options so I assume there are some differences between mine and Neil's.
