You're doing exactly the same thing I did months ago. Just use spaces.
Apparently, special characters are not necessary.
Also, just "artist/[name of artist-spaces okay]" is what you should put
- the "/similarartists" part isn't necessary either (and, in fact, cause
it not to work). Here's one of my lines from the Internet Radio Page of
Server Settings:
