Hello, I also have the exact same problem. The defect appeared when I upgraded from version 2.0b11 to version 2.2. My SlimServer version remained at version 6.1.1 due to other issues.
The problem only occurs when trying to connect to the "Primary Sound Driver" in the audio tab, but works fine with the Java sound interface.
