The old sb1's would only lock a digital signal when a song was playing, which was bad because the autoselector thinks it's turned off when the song is over and switches to another source. the sb2 & sb3 however never lose the lock, and the only way is to manually select a different source or unplug the cable. I was wondering if there might be a way for the units to lose their digital lock (ie stop sending the blank digital audio bitstream) when the power button is pressed (and the clock is shown). If I could get this functionality I would be a very happy man.
