Hi Neil & all, You were right I think, I made a pig's ear of the installation. However it prompted me to upgrade to 6.5 so no bad thing.
Installation of alienbbc was straightforward & worked first time. I like very much the skip facility. As easy & quick to use from the remote as the web interface. Seems to work faultlessly so far.
