Kyle, my mistake. It looks like you are posting the log from within slimserver. This doesn't include messages from socketwrapper/mplayer etc.
Can you, as Neil described before, run slimserver from the command line i.e. "slim --d_plugin --d_source --d_remotestream" after stopping the service.
