A very smal suggestion. I downloaded the vmware player at http://www.vmware.com/products/player/ and have found it a very nice way of running ubuntu under windows. If the SlimCD DSL image could be made into a virtual appliance, then one might be able to run slimserver, with alienbbc and plug ins all set up as a virtual machine under windows. This might have the advantage of allowing people to easily benefit from the 'live' cd with plugins enabled, in a linux environment.
Thanks much for the slimCD project....I have it running on a machine as a server within an hour hosting my slim stuff in a tempoary posting... -- ericj ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ericj's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3230 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=22843 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
