hey Michael, thats the one! Funny, thats the thing I just tested, and saw your post.
All my music is now mixable. As Michael said, remove the "Music Folder" setting, so it is blank. Re-scan your library, and hey presto, your music should now be mixable. Put the correct path back in "Music Folder" afterwards.
