"What skin are you using in the web interface ? Fishbone ? Try changing skins to see if that causes the password box to appear. I had a similar problem the first time I installed Last.fm with 6.5b but changing skins and flushing my cache of webpages fixed the problem."
I just changed the skin to Dark then Purple both changed but password still didn't show a place to enter...someone has also suggested a update is needed.
