I'm fairly new to slim devices but already a convert. I am very keen to use alien bbc. I have tried downloading and installing the package - apparently without difficulty, but can't get mplayer to work. When I try the mplayer test, my computer (running windows xp) crashes and restarts.
I've tried downloading the latest version of mplayer from other sites - same problem. The alienbbc radio stations appear in slimserver, so I am (pretty) sure this is an mplayer issue...
