Wallaby, I told you it would work upside down :-) It currently keeps one track on the playlist or keeps a list of what it's already played (although neither of these work too well in the version you have at the mo)
I could keep a few behind and a few in front on the playlist so you could skip but then I would have to detect somehow that you have skipped to keep MC in sync. I want to get the basic "use SB as an MC soundcard" functions nice and solid then I'll start with the bells and whistles. There'll be a new version along shortly.
