Yes - also make sure "use iTunes" is not checked (that led to duplicates for me because iTunes and Music IP were using the same folder for their libraries). And with Music Magic API running, I would stop and re-start SlimServer. When I tried the above setup, songs started appearing in about 5 minutes. However, when I put a path in for my music folder it took about 40 minutes for songs to start appearing.
