Hi Greg I can access the web ok from the werver - including weather.com.
The screen is completely blank. The brightness is set to 2 when off and 3 when idle. It seems like somehow the player is permanently seen as being in 'pause' mode rather than stopped mode...odd that the standard DateTime screen saver works perfectly.
