No - just that the audio data will take a different path than the video
(buffered by Windows, put into packets sent by TCP, received by player )
all takes time and that player neeeds to build up a buffer of audio
before it can be played. The main delay of typically at least 5-10 secs
is usually in Windows - network and processing delays also occur but are
much smaller.
