I solved it in the meantime by using the integrated Firewall of my LMS-(Windows)-Server. Just defined an incoming rule do deny Access of the two Radios of my Boys and endable/disable them by Task Scheduler trough Powershell command "Enable/Disable-NetFirewallRule -Displayname "Name-of-rule". But - the plugin Approach would be nicer as the Radios try to connect to the Server every second...
