There has been definitely one similar occurence of BSOD when using AliencBBC - specifically associated with using mplayer. It was fixed by updating the network driver. Your problem sounds different as it looks like Rhapsody installation changed some settings that Restore hasn't restored. I've given up on Restore as many times it just fails to restore for no apparent reason - are you sure the Restore worked ?.
AlienBBC & Mplayer run as a user application and has no special code that could cause Windows to crash. However it looks like mplayer uses the standard network interface in a way that some network drivers do not like/cannot handle. There have been 2 other instances of strange network behaviour with mplayer - both of which were also fixed by a new network driver. In your case perhaps a driver update as part of Rhapsody has caused the problem - see if you can install an older driver. -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29444 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
