It worked on all devices Radio, Boom an Duet. Now it does not work on the latter two.I went back and replicated what I was instructed to do, which got me up and running before, to no avail.
Go back to the plugin's settings page and make sure the helper app is running and you're logged in to Spotify. See your posting #524.
