I raised a support request with Qobuz. It seems they know about the
artwork problem.

Here is the reply I got from them:

Thanks for your message.

The artwork issue has been identified.
This will be fixed very soon along the next release of the app.

For others app, we have forwarded this to our partners and hope this to
be solved soon as well.
