I do not think that my problem is related to our proxy, because the other services (IckStream, Deezer via mysb.com, Tunein) are working
Other services are other services. IckStream comes with its own helper application as does Spotty. They need to handle proxy settings or will fail. IckStream obviously does. I'm not sure about Spotty.
