A huge Thank You to Michael. I just finished installing Spotty successfully on my Windows 10 PC.
Just in case it may help someone else later: I did have some issues as I initially received an error message that Runtime C++.dll was missing. I followed the link provided to install it, but when given a choice of two options, I selected the wrong one.
