The BBC Radio 3 flac menu is in the menu.opml file delivered with 1.5.4.4. There is no code to hide or delete this menu - the opml file is processed directly by LMS. If it was there and is now no longer there yet other menu items are present - the opml file has been overwritten perhaps you clicked the "load menu layout" button in settings. This will load the menu for 1.5.3.
