Logs are uploaded. What do you mean with: What is your MIP integration mode (check its settings)?
What I'm seeing in your log is that there's a networking issue: LMS can't find any IP address for itself, therefore can't connect to mysb.com nor MIP.
Interestingly you've been responding to a thread today where LMS startup before networking was up was discussed. You might be in the right place there...
