It looks the delay is at the LMS end. so some logging is needed to find the problem.
1. Clear LMS log file by stopping LMS and deleting server.log 2. Start LMS 3. Make sure all players are stopped and clear all playlist on each player. 4. In WebUI Setting/Advanced/logging set player.source to INFO and plugin.cdplayer to DEBUG and then click Apply. 5. Play a track - note how long before audio starts. 6. Once audio has started - stop player. 7. In WebUI Information get zip archive of Server log file and attach to a post.
