An old thread and the author of SpotifyFamily has not been active on the forum for long time, but I still have to ask: Playlists are no longer retrieved to SpotifyFamily, I guess because something has changed on the Spotify side.
Spotify announced the end of the underlying libspotify more than a year ago. I'm surprised the plugin is still working at all.
That's the reason why I created the Spotty plugin. Give it a try. It allows you to use multiple accounts, too.
