But do PI can read all stored WAV music on my NAS and work with Touch?
Yes.
And if there is a very hard way to run it all, as I'm completely new to PI.
piCorePlayer (https://picoreplayer.org) is only about 50MB to download and installed within minutes. You then connect it to your NAS and have LMS scan your NAS.
