When I go into the Spotty settings I'm unable to add my account, "There has been a problem running the Spotty helper application. Please make sure you have the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime (32-bit!) installed on your system."
Could you please double-check you have installed the 32-bit version (NOT 64!)?
