Ah, no, you seem to be going to the web interface and looking at the current list of plugins. That only shows you what is already installed, you can't install anything new there.
You need to use Windows Explorer to navigate to the Program Files\Slimserver\Server\Plugins directory. Then drop the .pm file in there.
