The main changes:
- Remove the 300 limit on grids. Now all (well max 25k) artists, or albums, can be shown in a grid. - Fix large playlists with duplicate tracks. The track ID was used as the item's "key", and this caused the drawing code to get confused when there were duplicate keys. Even though the large grid support now makes the A..Z grouping somewhat redundant, I've left it in for now - the code is there, so there is no harm.
