You're correct, it's missing in the x86_64 package (and will be added
again in the next build). The package version consists of two segments:
the first part is mij build number, followed by the nightly build number
(e.g. 0024.1560488529). In LMS it is just a reference number. 

In DSM you will see a different version: 7.9.2.168.0024, where 168 is
the Synology build number followed by my build number. To install
LmsUpdate we need a higher number than the one provided by Synology. If
Synology releases a new version of their packages, LmsUpdate will be
overwritten. This preserves a working LMS, even after a DSM update with
an updated Perl version.
