Further thoughts. The case sensitivity is only ever going to effect local files and I created these files ONLY because of the and/& issue at ChartLyrics. This is going to be a very rare situation (hopefully) so it is not worth any further development as can easily be corrected with repeat correctly named files, symlinks or album re-tagging when it rears its head.
