Thinking overnight. There are two possibilities. 1. Different versions of faad delivered with LMS and you need 7.8.0 faad. 2. Installation of faad with 7.9.2. is different somehow to 7.8.0 and so if permissions/ownership/group etc of 7.9.2. faad can be altered it will work. This may be dependent on logged in user.
