Ok - this is now turning into a cool plugin! Kudos to Michael for the International version...
I've made one slight amendment to handle the concept of 'Override Values'. This covers values such as Midnight or Midday (in fact they were the only ones I could think of for English). They can be declared based on the number of hours and minutes, so it should be possible to make some very specific overrides if necessary.
