If you use a standard installation then open a cmd (DOS box) window and
issue the following commands

You need quotes around the bat file name as it has a space in it.
The chain of app to play a BBC station with AlienBBC is as follows
BBC -> mplayer -> socketwrapper -> slimserver -> Squeezbox
Depending on what version of ZoneAlarm you installed if you have the
IMsecure feature then it will stop socketwrapper from running.
If you have IMsecure installed, then there is an test version of
socketwrapper that you could try.

1. Download the new socketwrapper into a temporary area and unzip it
2. Make a backup of your existing socketwrapper found in the
Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread in case you need to revert.
3. replace the current socketwrapper by the new one in the download
area.
4. No needs to restart Slimserver just make sure all AlienBBC station
are stopped.
5. Try a BBC station
If you don't have IM secure installed - try increasing the Server
Setting/ Network / Radio Network Timeout - increase from 5 to 30.
