It does, but with the Store App, you will not see them in your normal Registry. MS Store Apps have there own virtualized copy of the Windows Registry and certain system folders so that the store app is isolated. SLX keeps its own copy of local storage so that it can clear the code cache on startup without losing local storage settings. It also allow you to maintain Material Skin settings when you switch servers.
