Likely an iOS13 / Safari / Iphone issue. But in the off chance that it is a small bug:
I have the url to the skin as a shortcut on the homescreen, so it looks like a regular app (as it also runs without the regular safari navigation UI elements) Since the upgrade from iOS12 to iOS13 I noticed that when I return to the running 'app' after approx 5 minutes it completelyy freezes for 30 seconds and then jumps to the start screen of the app. Just to let you know. Otherwise great skin! Love it.
