LMS stream.mp3 emulates a SHOUTcast server. So one way to do it is to test it is to install a real SHOUTcast server and point your Alexa device to that ... then give the server a flac stream via a local Winamp. All a bit fiddly.
Easier put a flac file on a web server and tell Alexa to play that ... regular http transfer without metadata embedded. Ive not tried that but feels like it should work. Both rely on the playlist trick.
