Most odd.  This is definitely not working.  MS will not stream my
favorites (all Pandora stations).  It shows that it is streaming on the
Echo Show screen but no sound.  This works fine using Play for LMS
devices.  

Streaming local media to an Echo can only be stopped by unplugging the
Echo.  Alexa, Stop does nothing but interrupt the stream whilst
processing the utterance.

I have done this a few times now and it is consistent.
