Hello All,
this is the first time I actively use this forum by posting an issue. I'll try to be as precise and complete as possible to avoid wasting anybody's time more than neccessary. Please be so kind and tell me if I'm contravening any forum rules of writing or asking or ... whatever. The summary of my problem: I'don't get the YT plugin running. As to the details: I'm using LMS (Version: 7.9.2 - 0029) on a Synology DS214+ (DSM Version DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 4). LMS indicates the following Perl version: 5.24.0 - armle-linux. YT plugin version: 0.93.0. Selecting "Playlists" in the YT plugin does not give any results. The log data are as follows. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ [20-01-25 18:02:54.3400] Slim::Utils::Misc::msg (1256) Warning: [18:02:54.3391] ( bless([ sub { "???" }, sub { "???" }, { params => {}, timeout => 15 }, "GET", "(...)://(...)/youtube/v3/playlists?access_token=ya29.ImC7B8BYDsUsgWfXRlybjq90f-(...)jPKtkyEvVo&maxResults=50&mine=true&order=date&part=snippet", "403 Forbidden", undef, undef, undef, undef, undef, undef, ], "Slim::Networking::SimpleAsyncHTTP"), "403 Forbidden", ) at /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/YouTube/API.pm line 169. "(...)" indicates that I removed some characters.) This is just an example, other elements of the plugin do not work either. I have no idea what I still can do to get the plugin working. Maybe somebody is able to understand the messages in the log file. I don't and I couldn't find anything really helpful in this forum or somewhere else. By the way, I believe I did the configuration as explained (with the API access key, the client ID and the client secret), got the access code and, at the end of the registration process, I got an security alert email from Google. I'm not 100% sure that I correctly understood the information that SSL is required. I installed a Let's encrypt certificate on the NAS. Is that what is needed? If there is somebody who could help me I would be very happy. I'm desperately trying to get the plugin working for already more than one week.
