I think I figured this out. I think it's an LMS 8.0.0 feature/Issue?
In LMS, if I play the playlist from the Qobuz App, it plays as flac. If I play the playlist from the LMS Playlist Menu it plays as mp3. I got confused when the playlist appeared in my LMS Playlist menu and didn't notice it now has two appearances in LMS.
