What you need to find is the RSS or iTunes feed which had a list of Podcasts The "home page" is https://www.iheart.com/podcast/1119-fake-doctors-real-friends-60367049/ which is not in RSS / iTunes format It looks like iHeart wants user to to use their web as the only way to access the podcast and in fact it doesn't look like a real podcast (e.g. downloadable MP3 file) - It'll need a lot more work to fins the real URL as they go to a lot of trick to hide the playing playing URL. First tip - dont "play" random URLs - use browser console "network" tab and see what URL is actually playing.
