Thank you for your detailed explanation, it is very interesting to understand how BBC is putting out the information. I would appear that all the inconsistencies are at the BBC end. At least with Listen Again on the plugin we are now getting more information than the BBC sounds app on my phone, as no track playing information is provided in the sounds app - sounds only provides this information with live music.
