I see that Spotty has Audio Settings = Normal (96kbps), High (160kbps) or Extreme (320kbps), clearly giving different stream bitrates/quality.
However, I also see that Spotify itself (in the Desktop, iOS and Android areas) also offer further Audio Settings, which they refer to as "Volume Levels" = Loud, Normal and Quiet - which I surmise (from their non-audiophile descriptions!) is dynamic range compression. I am looking for dynamic range compression for when Spotty/LMS is playing background music. Compared to many Internet "radio" streams, that are compressed for a uniform volume level, Spotify can have widely varying track volumes. In the absence of any LMS DSP compression plug-ins, I was wondering: can Spotty offer these "Volume Level" audio settings when playing Spotify? Thanks in advance - and wonderful software!
