That should be good enough.
One important aspect of LMS 7.7 is to remember that you'll have to wait
a bit before hitting the "restart now" button. That prompt would be
given before the file actually has been downloaded.
If in doubt enable logging for server.plugins and plugin.extensions
before you go to the Plugins page. Then send me your server.log.
