Changes:

- Added 'Orientation' setting.
- Added 'Enable WiFi' setting.
- Added 'During phone call' setting to pause, or mute, active player,
  or all players.
- Added 'Show notification' setting to show current player name in
notification, and display basic media controls (these do not reflect
  state).
- Register to receive links via 'Share Link'
- Update correct 'summary' field when auto-discover server.

The notification and lockscreen controls are *basic* controls only. When
Material is in the background, the embedded WebView is *paused* -
therefore, the notification and lock screen *do not* show the current
track details, etc. They have both play and pause buttons - as no player
state is reflected here. My main use-case for adding this notification
is that a foreground service is created, and this -seems- to keep the
main view alive so that re-starts are *much* faster. For the moment I
have no intention of showing the current track name, cover, or correct
play/pause state on these controls - as that would mean that Material
App would need to be in constant communication with the server, and this
would use more battery.

*Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json
2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools
4. REQ/RESP messages sent to/from LMS will be logged here.
